One real fix, start to finish.

A bug reported on Gymply, triplefive’s own app, one morning in September 2026. Every step below is on the record.

Reported
From TestFlight, by a tester
Diagnosed and fixed
By the AI workflow
Approved and merged
By an engineer
Elapsed
One working day
Gymply’s active workout screen as the tester saw it: the reps and kg labels are there, but the values above the plus and minus buttons are tiny, unreadable marks
Before · the tester’s screenshot
The same screen in a later build, with 10 reps and 45 kg shown at full size above the plus and minus buttons
After · the same screen in a later build
  1. The report

A tester sends feedback from TestFlight: “Reps and weights are not visible”, with three screenshots. That is the whole brief.

    Your team
  2. The diagnosis

Within two minutes the workflow has read the screenshots and the code, named the screen and the component, and written down the likely cause.

    The AI workflow
  3. The go-ahead

That afternoon the engineer reads the diagnosis and approves the fix. One label on the report, nothing else to write.

    The engineer
  4. The change

Six minutes later a pull request is open: the fix, a test that fails on the old code and passes on the new, and the full suite of 412 tests green. The workflow notes it could not check the screen on a device and asks for a build.

    The AI workflow
  5. The checks

Automated code review reads the change and passes it. The workflow has already said what it could not verify on its own: the screen on a real device.

    The AI workflow
  6. The phone

The engineer asks for a test build with one comment. It lands in TestFlight 24 minutes later, built from the exact code in the pull request. As soon as it lands, the engineer opens it on a phone, the one check the workflow could not make, confirms the values are readable and approves the release. Report to merged fix in one working day, of which the workflow needed about half an hour. Three decisions from a person: approve, build, merge.

    The engineer

The report, the diagnosis, the pull request, the test run and the build are all on the record, and we walk you through it on request. This is what The First Fix puts on your app — and the first fix on your phone looks exactly like this one.

How it works

What the workflow does.

One workflow, set up for your app and the tools your team already uses.

  1. Say what needs to change

Report a bug, forward a customer email or describe an improvement, in the tools you already use. The workflow turns it into a task and asks if anything is missing.

    Your team
  2. Make the change

The workflow reads the codebase and makes the change within limits we’ve agreed. Product questions go to your team. Technical ones come to us.

    The AI workflow
  3. Check it

Automated tests and code review run before anything reaches you. Anything that fails, or needs judgement, goes to an engineer.

    The AI workflow
  4. Try it on your phone

You get a test build and a plain-language note on what changed. Try it, give feedback, approve it. Then it ships.

    Your team
  5. Bring in an engineer

When a task is too big for the workflow, or can’t be verified reliably, an engineer takes it on with the context already gathered.

    The engineer
  6. Keep what you learn

Decisions, instructions and lessons from finished work are kept, so the next change starts smarter than the last.

The First Fix

19 999 SEK

Invoiced when the first fix is on your phone. Not before.

We put the workflow on your existing app and deliver the first fix from your backlog as a test build on your phone — within five working days of access, or it’s free.

What you get

  • An access review on day one: can the app be built, is anything in the way. In writing.
  • Tests, CI and automated builds to TestFlight and Play — set up in your accounts if they’re missing.
  • The workflow, installed for your codebase, living in your repo.
  • Your backlog, read: a plain-language list of what the workflow can take on now, what needs an engineer, what’s out of scope.
  • The first fix, start to finish: report, diagnosis, pull request with a test, review, build on your phone.
  • The record of all of it, linked, yours to show anyone.

Any React Native app, any state

Bare or Expo, any version, with or without tests, documentation or the previous developer. If it doesn’t build today, getting it to build is part of the setup. Nine in ten apps pay the base price.

The two things that cost more

A second app: +9 999 SEK. A backend repo that goes on the workflow too: +9 999 SEK. Nothing else.

Not for you if

  • you don’t own the source code or the store accounts
  • you want a rewrite rather than a fix
  • nobody on your side can approve a build

We don’t judge the previous developer. We just need the keys.
