Pricing

Start here.

One fixed price to start, a monthly plan to keep going, and a price for a new app. All in SEK, ex VAT, all on this page.

The First Fix

19 999 SEK

Invoiced when the first fix is on your phone. Not before.

We put the workflow on your existing app and deliver the first fix from your backlog as a test build on your phone — within five working days of access, or it’s free.

What you get

  • An access review on day one: can the app be built, is anything in the way. In writing.
  • Tests, CI and automated builds to TestFlight and Play — set up in your accounts if they’re missing.
  • The workflow, installed for your codebase, living in your repo.
  • Your backlog, read: a plain-language list of what the workflow can take on now, what needs an engineer, what’s out of scope.
  • The first fix, start to finish: report, diagnosis, pull request with a test, review, build on your phone.
  • The record of all of it, linked, yours to show anyone.

Any React Native app, any state

Bare or Expo, any version, with or without tests, documentation or the previous developer. If it doesn’t build today, getting it to build is part of the setup. Nine in ten apps pay the base price.

The two things that cost more

A second app: +9 999 SEK. A backend repo that goes on the workflow too: +9 999 SEK. Nothing else.

Not for you if

  • you don’t own the source code or the store accounts
  • you want a rewrite rather than a fix
  • nobody on your side can approve a build

We don’t judge the previous developer. We just need the keys.

Then keep it going.

From the day the first fix lands, the workflow keeps running on your app. Pick how much you want to change each month. Month to month, 30 days’ notice, price held for twelve months.

Keep it working

9 999 SEK / month

5 changes a month

Bug fixes and small corrections from your backlog.

For

An app that needs to stay healthy

Keep improving

Recommended

19 999 SEK / month

10 changes a month

Fixes plus small improvements: copy, flows, screens. A monthly backlog call with Alvar.

For

An app you’re actively improving

Keep building

49 999 SEK / month

Agreed each month

Improvements plus new features. Alvar’s time planned with you, about a day a week.

For

An app with a roadmap

A change is one request in plain language that becomes one test build. If it needs an engineer’s hands beyond review, it counts as two. Need a sixth this month? 2 499 SEK, so a plan is never worse than paying per change.

Founding price. The first two apps on the workflow pay 4 999 SEK a month for Keep it working, held for twelve months. We’ll tell you which number you are.

Build a new app

From 49 999 SEK

A third when you say go, a third at the first test build on your phone, a third at store submission.

A complete app in both stores, with the workflow in place from the first commit — so your team is asking for changes from the first test build, not after launch.

In the base price

  • iOS and Android from one codebase
  • Up to 8 screens / 5 core features
  • Accounts and login (email, Apple, Google)
  • Push notifications
  • One of: payments, a third-party integration, or an admin view
  • A backend in your account
  • A clean standard UI in your colours and logo
  • Crash reporting and store listings
  • The workflow from day one

Dates

First test build on your phone within 10 working days. Submitted to both stores within six weeks. A new build every Friday in between. 60 days of fixes included after submission.

Costs more

More than 5 core features (+9 999 SEK each) · a second integration (+9 999 SEK) · a full custom design (+19 999 SEK) · a web app alongside (quoted).

Not at any price: games, AR/VR, hardware devices, native-only apps.

How it starts

One call, then a one-page plan within two working days: what’s in, what’s on top, the price, the two dates. No obligation. The plan is yours.

Promises

What we promise.

Written down, so you can hold us to it.

  1. The first fix on your phone within five working days of access — or The First Fix is free.
  2. You’re invoiced when the first fix is on your phone, not before.
  3. Any React Native app, any state. Nine in ten pay the base price; the two exceptions are on this page.
  4. A test build within two working days of a clear request.
  5. If the app won’t open, people can’t log in or payments fail: a reply from Alvar within two hours, any day of the week, and a fix attempt started the same day.
  6. Store rejections handled within one working day.
  7. A new app: first build in ten working days, both stores in six weeks, 60 days of fixes after.
  8. Everything lives in your accounts — code, workflow, pipeline, record — and stays yours if we stop. Our copies are deleted within 30 days.
  9. Your code runs through Claude under commercial terms that don’t allow it to be used for training. It’s used for your app and nothing else.

Who is responsible.

The workflow writes the changes. Alvar reads every change before it is built, decides what the workflow may do on its own, and takes over when a change needs an engineer. No release reaches your customers without his review, and he is accountable for every line that ships, whoever wrote it. You approve every build on your phone.

We don’t guarantee uptime: we run the workflow, not your servers. The clock on every promise starts when access is complete and pauses while we wait on you. Store review time is Apple’s and Google’s.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What counts as a change?

One request in plain language that becomes one test build. “The reps and weights aren’t visible” is a change. “Redesign the workout screen” is several — we’ll tell you how many before we start.

Our app was built by someone else and it’s a mess. Does that matter?

No. Any React Native app, any state, is the base price. We add what’s missing — tests, CI, builds — as part of The First Fix, and we don’t judge whoever came before.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the repo, App Store Connect and Google Play Console in your company’s name, one person who can approve a build, and a phone with TestFlight. Nothing starts until those exist, and if they can’t be arranged within ten working days there’s no invoice.

What happens when the workflow can’t make a change on its own?

It goes to Alvar, and it counts as two changes. Store rejections and logic bugs always go to him. You’ll know within two working days which kind it is.

Who’s responsible if AI-written code breaks something?

Alvar. He reads every change before it’s built and signs every release. You approve every build on your phone before it ships.

Can we pause or stop?

The plan is month to month with 30 days’ notice. Everything is in your accounts, so stopping means you keep everything — the next engineer picks it up from the repo.

Is our code used to train AI?

No. It runs through Claude under commercial terms that don’t allow that. It’s used for your app and nothing else, and our copies are deleted within 30 days of ending.

Do you work with Expo? Old React Native versions? Flutter?

Expo and bare React Native, any version. Not Flutter or native-only apps.

How is this different from hiring a developer or an agency?

A developer is a salary before anyone directs the work; an agency bills hours whether a fix is small or not. Here the workflow does the routine work, Alvar’s time goes to reading and signing, and the price is fixed. There’s no account manager.

We’re not in Sweden. Does that work?

Yes. We work across the Nordics and in English; prices are in SEK, invoiced ex VAT.
